Bath Products - Flaky - Magnesium [Bath Flake]

Looking for something for sore muscles? Flaky is a magnesium bath flake. Magnesium is extremely beneficial for sore muscles. It helps release muscle tension, muscle cramping, reduces inflammation and can aid in a better quality sleep. Magnesium flakes (magnesium chloride) is more efficient and beneficial then epsom salts (magnesium sulphate).

We recommend using the night of or day after a massage at our spa. We've just worked your muscles and they need to rest and replenish. When you can't get in for a massage we recommend soaking in Flaky for at least 20min. 

Dissolve 1-2 cups into warm running bath water and relax! Enjoy on it's own or add in with So Luxury salts & soaks.
