Refund policy
We have a no return policy, which means all products are final sale. If purchased from the spa on site we have a no return or exchange policy as you've seen the item(s) in person at time of purchase.
This includes sale items and gift cards (gift cards purchased online are non-refundable).
Exchanges
We do allow exchanges on products if purchased from our online store (www.cedarandsteam.com). If the item doesn't fit quite right or you've decided you need a different size. We get it sometimes you're not sure how it will fit when ordering online. If you wish to exchange an item(s) purchased through our online store (not including sale items), you must contact us via. email info@cedarandsteam.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise or within 21 days of receipt of purchase. We will authorize your exchange. Exchanges after theses dates will not be eligible.
Authorized exchanges are done based on current items we have in stock.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused & unwashed) with tags, and in its original packaging. Any clothing or undergarments with sanitary stickers must be intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and send you a notification email and process your exchange within 3-7 business days.
Sale items
All sale items are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale or promotional items.
Shipping Exchange
We recommend if possible exchanging items in person at the spa once exchange has been approved. If this is not possible you will be responsible for shipping costs of exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $25, you should consider a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
